Thank you for choosing Guardian Drone Services, LLC. We strive to provide exceptional drone photography and videography services to our valued customers. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before scheduling services or making any purchase.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein:
1. Returns:
Due to the nature of our services, which involve the provision of digital media content, we will not accept returns or exchanges once the services have been rendered. However, if you encounter any issues with the quality of our work, please contact us promptly, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
2. Refunds for Services:
We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is warranted. Refunds for services rendered will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:
3. Customer Acknowledgement:
Before completing a purchase of service(s), you will be required to acknowledge our policies by either written or electronic means. Your attestation in either form will signify that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy. A copy of all policies will be given to you at time of quote for your records.
4. Cancellation by Customer:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 7 days will be subject to a 25% cancelation fee (of total cost of original service agreed to prior). If the remaining amount for scheduled service HAVE NOT been paid for prior to cancelation, the customer will be billed accordingly. If services HAVE been paid in full prior to service date, this company reserves the right to deduct the cancelation fee prior to any refund being offered. Gift cards will not be considered in either case. See last paragraph in section 2 for more information.
NOTE: We understand some circumstances may arise that are beyond your control. With proper communication, Guardian Drone Services will work with you directly to reschedule any services that were previously agreed to, within reason, at no additional charge (unless requested services or location changes).
In the event a customer fails to communicate with Guardian Drone Services after any transactions have been made, steps above will be followed and documented as needed.
5. Refund Payment: If warranted, Guardian Drone Services will have up to 30 days to refund a customer cancelling services following and in accordance with section(s) 2 & 4.
6. Cancellation by Guardian Drone Services: This company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to safety, inclement weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will properly communicate and work with you to arrange an alternative date or provide a full refund of any payments made, including initial deposit.
