HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
Customer Inquiry: Upon receiving an inquiry or request for services, we will reach out (either by phone or email) to the customer to schedule a consultation to discuss their specific needs and preferences.
Consultation Appointment: During this scheduled appointment, we'll work closely with the customer to gather all necessary information about the services they are interested in. Consultations may take place via telephone, video call or in person depending on requests and availability. Guardian Drone Services will determine which method is best and will notify the customer of method ahead of time.
Quoting Process: Once we have gathered all the relevant details from the customer, Guardian Drone Services will diligently craft an itemized quote and pricing structure tailored to requests/needs of customer. Final quote will be provided via email (1-3 days) following the consultation appointment for customer review.
Securing Service Appointment: It's important to note that if the customer agrees to proceed with our services based on the provided quote and wishes to finalize booking an appointment, a deposit may be required to secure appointment and services. The deposit amount will be indicated in the customer quote.
Date of Service (Drone Imagery & Filming): As applicable, the client will either meet in person or be in communication with the assigned UAS Drone Pilot throughout service time. Once the service has been rendered, the remaining balance owed is to be paid in full.
Completion of Service: Our customers will receive proper receipts. Depending on editing needs and number of photos/videos, customer can expect to receive final products within 1-7 days.
