Thank you for choosing Guardian Drone Services, LLC. We strive to provide exceptional drone photography and videography services to our valued customers. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before scheduling services or making any purchase. 

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein:

1. Returns: 

Due to the nature of our services, which involve the provision of digital media content, we will not accept returns or exchanges once the services have been rendered. However, if you encounter any issues with the quality of our work, please contact us promptly, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

2. Refunds for Services: 

We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is warranted. Refunds for services rendered will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the service delivery/invoice date, along with valid written reason for refund. 
• Refunds will only be issued if there is a significant defect in the delivered content or if the service was not performed in accordance with the agreed-upon written specifications.
• Any refund(s) will be processed within 30 days of approval from Guardian Drone Services and will be issued using the original method of payment. 
• NO REFUNDS for DEPOSITS: Please note that minimum deposits required for each photo or video service are non-negotiable and non-refundable and required at the discretion of Guardian Drone Services, LLC. These payments may be necessary to secure our services and reserve your booking slot.
• GIFT CARDS: Gift cards are non-refundable in accordance with legal regulations and our company policy. Gift card values will be used towards the quoted pricing of services and must be presented by customer at time-of-service agreement. In the event of a cancelation, gift card value will not be deducted from the charge of service(s) and/or any fees associated with cancelation per policy #4 below.

3. Customer Acknowledgement: 

By completing payment, you are attesting that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy. A copy of all policies will be given to you if you should request them. NOTE: All Invoices and Receipts shall refer to this outline policy.

4. Cancellation by Customer: 

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 7 days will be subject to a 25% cancelation fee (for total cost of service agreed to prior either by quote or verbal).  If you have made a deposit but the remaining amount for scheduled service HAS NOT been paid for prior to cancelation, the customer will be billed accordingly. If services HAVE been paid in full prior to service date, this company reserves the right to deduct the cancelation fee, and any cost associate with planned service, prior to any refund being offered. Gift cards will not be considered in either case. See last paragraph in section 2 for more information. 

NOTE: We understand some circumstances may arise that are beyond your control. With proper communication, Guardian Drone Services will work with you directly to reschedule any services that were previously agreed to, within reason, at no additional charge (unless requested services or location changes). 

In the event a customer fails to communicate with Guardian Drone Services after any transactions have been made, steps above will be followed and documented as needed.

5. Refund Payment: If warranted, Guardian Drone Services will have up to 30 days to refund a customer cancelling services following and in accordance with section(s) 2 & 4.

6. Cancellation by Guardian Drone Services: This company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to safety, inclement weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will properly communicate and work with you to arrange an alternative date or provide a full refund of any payments made, including initial deposit. 

7. Late Payments and Fees
All invoices are due within seven (7) calendar days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments made by check must be postmarked and/or received within this timeframe to be considered on time. Any payment not received by the due date may incur a late fee of $25.00, applied weekly until the balance is paid in full. Continued nonpayment beyond thirty (30) days may result in referral to a collections agency, with any associated costs added to the outstanding balance. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that timely payment is expected as billed.
